One day, as you open up tumblr as per usual, you notice something is wrong. Something is very wrong. One of your friends and fellow fangirls is freaking out. “What?” you ask her, “What is it, whats wrong?!?” You wait a while for her to respond. You find it hard to catch your breath. Your pulse is racing. What could possible cause her to freak out so much? You suddenly recieve a message in your ask box, and quickly read it. “Look on Dan and Phils twitter. They say they’re quitting youtube.”

You scamble to open a new tab and go to their profiles. Its true. “We’re just so sick of it” says Dan, “people have no respect for our privacy and treat us like tools.  We’re done. Goodbye internet” Before you stop yourself the tears are streaming down your face. How could this be happening no no no you think to yourself. you begin frantically typing a post on tumblr along with everyone else, but before you can finish your dashboard explodes. “CHARLIE LOOK AT CHARLIES TWITTER” they all say. You frantically open up another tab. “Im sorry to inform you guys that i am no longer continuing youtube. i’ve had my time, i feel like i cant make good content anymore. I think its time i move on” he says. And then suddenly Chris and PJ are quitting too. Alex tweets “Im a musician first. I need to concentrate on my career”. You feel like throwing up. This is the worst thing that could happen. No no no no is all you can say as you choke up, desperately hoping this is all a joke. No they cant leave youtube they just cant. As you choke out sobs you get one final message. “Look on youtube’s official twitter.” As if this can get any worse, you whisper. But it does.

“We have some very grueling news to inform you of. Due to the increasing amount of youtubers deleting their accounts, we have lost 40% of our profits. We can not continue running the site until further notice.” And just like that, YouTube is gone. It doesnt exist. The website leads to nowhere. No more quirky charlie, sarcastic alex, sweet sweet damon, funny smosh, crazy toby. No more Dan and Phil laughing at stupid jokes, no more PJ and Chris sharing homosexual moments. Everything, its gone. All the videos have been deleted. No more new content. No new videos. Everyone has quit. No links work. All other sites have deleted the videos. All twitter accounts have been removed. You try your best to breath and see through your tears as you desperately call out to your fellow youtube fans on tumblr. When the screen goes blank.

Tumblr is gone. Everythings gone. You dont have a way to contact any of your friends or followers. Everythings gone. Its almost as if everything that had youtube content has been deleted. No remenants remain. You curl up into a ball. Nothing’s worth it anymore. Nothing. Its all gone.
